That is the right question! The best way to determine if this program is right for you is to talk to us.
Cross Capital Health was created to provide more personalized and expanded medical support to patients with chronic health conditions that need better monitoring and extra maintenance than is commonplace with primary care providers and most specialists today.

Your doctors get you healthy when you get sick. Cross Capital Health supports you being healthy — to minimize you getting sick.
Having access to a concierge doctor is a blessing. Doctors are crucial to your overall health maintenance, and we believe that seeing them once a year for a physical and when you get sick isn’t the right model to keep your chronic illnesses from getting worse.
We provide regular in-person check-ins (monthly), appointments as needed, technology that you’re used to for daily monitoring of YOU, and summary data that you can use WITH your doctors to help them understand your health more thoroughly. Additionally, we’re here for those random, one-off medical questions that frequently arise to give you peace of mind, or instructions on what to do.

Cross Capital Health’s main programs are covered under a subscription-based model — just like a concierge doctor program. However you can pay monthly, quarterly or annually via all the usual payment methods.
We also offer a variety of a la carte services that are billed as you use them.

Yes. This is a frequent request and was one of the main drivers in creating Cross Capital Health.
Two things that need to happen:
We need to talk about your parent(s)
We need to talk with your parent(s)
Your parent(s) likely have a long list of medical conditions. We want to be thorough and understand what they need from us and what you want from us. Most of the time, we can help. Sometimes, we aren’t the best option, and we’ll tell you that while we talk.
Most importantly, after we talk, your parent(s) need to be okay with our help!

Maybe. Cross Capital Health is a registered service provider with Medicare and abides by all the necessary rules and regulations of Medicare. As such, Medicare reimburses for many of the services we provide.
While most insurances follow Medicare rules and guidelines, it’s not always the case. If you have a question, contact us and we’ll do the research for you.

We keep the bare minimum needed to effectively provide a comprehensive service to you, just like your doctor does. Specifically, we keep records including:
Your name, date of birth, address, phone number and email address
Medicare information
Your medical information obtained through an intake assessment and through documentation you provide
Electronic details obtained through our monitoring platform specific to you medical conditions you ask us to help with
Notes on our interactions, so we can make sure we are always considering your full history
Any documents you provide us with, related to your medical history
-
Most importantly, you get 24/7/365 access to licensed Registered Nurses with extensive Emergency and Critical Care clinical experience. You can call, text or email anytime. Video chat is an option as well.
Together we will determine what else you want and how you like to communicate with us. We will develop a communication and appointment plan that fits your needs, wants and schedule. And, most importantly, we come to YOU, where you live.
Your medical history will dictate what equipment we provide you. For example:
A history of hypertension? We’ll give you a new automated blood pressure monitoring system.
A history of asthma, COPD or emphysema? We’ll give you a new pulse oximetry device that connects with out platform.
A history of Congestive Heart Failure or diabetes? We’ll give you a new weight monitoring system that connects with out platform.
There is no additional cost to you for the equipment that we provide. There is no additional cost for us coming and setting it up for you, including the education we provide on how to use it. There is no additional cost for monitoring your results. (And there is no additional cost for us reminding you to use it, too).

Yes and no.
The services we provide require human engagement — we do not use AI in the course of any communication with you, or in review of your medical information. Our interactions are 100% live, between registered nurses and you (and those you authorize us to speak with, on your behalf).
We do use AI in the technology component of our service — collecting information and putting information into our Electronic Health Record (EHR).
Leveraging the technology the way we do allows us to keep our fees as low as possible.

Health care is complicated. However, who you go to for help and support doesn’t have to be.
Cross Capital Health is a true concierge service. What we can do is based on what you need. Here are a few examples of what we have done, in addition to our standard service:
We listened to an appointment with a doctor to give a ‘translation’ to a daughter who couldn’t attend the appointment (and we went to the appointment, too).
We did research into Hospice organizations, reviewed agreements, and provided recommendations to a family going through a difficult time.
We advised on ‘does this need stitches’ after an unfortunate head-vs-tree injury obtained during an 8-year-old’s game of blindfold tag.
We stopped by on Thanksgiving evening to assess a potential appendicitis, and then sent them to the hospital.
During a ‘sick-visit’ we started an IV and gave a liter of IV fluid to help prevent dehydration.
We helped navigate insurance complexities for a variety of hospital charges that were valid.
We answered questions regarding a newly prescribed medication and side-effects on a Saturday evening.
We connected the printer to the wireless network while setting up a patient’s new iPad.
